Pro Khalistan group “Sikhs For Justice” General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in a recorded message announced a reward of $10,000/ for every individual from Himachal including the police force to stop CM Thakur from raising Tiranga on August 15th.

“Himachal will be taken over by Punjab after Khalistan referendum” Pannun’s audio message addressed to the people of Himachal stated further.
